With this product
you also have flexibility each month of making one of
three possible payments on your mortgage:
Monthly Payment Option 1 - A minimum payment
that is set every three years at a reduced rate. Available for
the first 15 years of the loan, this option maximizes your cash
flow each month.
Monthly Payment Option 2 - An interest-only
payment that allows you to only pay the interest due each month
without spending monthly cash towards principal*. This allows you
to minimize your monthly payment without deferring interest.
(This option is not available if the payment would be less than
the minimum payment. In this situation, no interest is deferred
when the minimum payment is made.)
Monthly Payment Option 3 - A 30-year fully
amortizing payment comprised of both principal and interest*.
Additional features of these real estate investor loans include
periodic rate adjustment caps that vary based on the rate
adjustment option you select, as well as the ability every three
years to select a different interest rate adjustment period or
another portfolio mortgage product for a minimal fee.
